摘要
目的 : 了解梅毒患者的细胞免疫功能状态及使用免疫调节剂治疗对它的影响。方法 : 应用流式细胞仪检测了 44例梅毒患者外周血的CD3+ 、CD4+ 、CD8+ 及CD4+ /CD8+ 比值。结果 : 梅毒患者外周血CD4+ 及CD4+ /CD8+ 比值明显低于正常对照组 ,而CD8+ 则显著高于正常人对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,活动期梅毒外周血CD4+ /CD8+ 比值低于恢复期 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,单纯使用抗梅毒治疗的活动期梅毒患者比加用免疫调节剂治疗的患者的CD4+ 及CD4+ /CD8+ 比值低 ,而CD8+ 则高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :本研究结果提示活动期梅毒患者存在细胞免疫功能抑制现象 。
Objective:To understand the cellular immunity function in patients with syphilis and the effect of immunomodular preparations (Esberitox N or TNF).Method:T lymphocyte subpopulation in the peripheral blood of 44 patients with syphilis were detected by flow cytometry. Forty healthy people were recruited as control.Results:1)The number of CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + ratio were significantly lower and the number of CD8 + was remarkably higher as compared with those in the control group (P<0.01);2)CD4 +/CD8 + ratio in active phase of the disease was lower than that in stationary and recovery phases (P<0.05);3)The number of CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + ratio in active phase simply treated with antibiotics (PG or cephalosporins) were lower than those treated by antibiotics (PG or cephalosporins) in combination with immunomodular preparations (Esberitox N or TNF)(P<0.05).Conclusions:This study showed cellular immunity in patients with early syphilis was prominently suppressed, and indicated that treatment with immunomodular preparations (Esberitox N or TNF) may be useful in recovering cellular immunity function for early syphilis patients.
