摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病神经病变患者临床与神经病理变化的相关性。方法 观察非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病神经病变症状、体征 ,同时进行血糖、果糖胺、红细胞山梨醇及神经传导速度 (NCU )测定 ,并做腓肠神经病理检查。结果 10例患者血糖、果糖胺及红细胞山梨醇明显增高 ,NCU下降 ,以感觉 NCU下降明显。神经病理显示不同程度神经纤维减少、轴索变性及血管狭窄。结论 糖尿病病程、代谢紊乱控制程度与 NCU及神经病理损伤程度有一定相关性。
Objective To explored the relation between the clinical feature and neuropathology in non insulin dependent diabetic patients with neuropathy. Methods We observed symptoms and signs of neuropathy and measured blood glucose,fructosamine,RBC sorbitol and nerve conduction velocity,and then examined neuropathology of sural nerve. Results Among 10 cases,we found that blood glucose,fructosamine and RBC sorbitol were increased significantly,and NCV was decreased,especially SNCV more seriously.Morphologically,the number of nerve fibers were losed,axons degenerated and capillary luminal narrowed in different extent and so on in diabetes.Conclusion The extent of NCV decrease and the changes of neuropathology were more related to the metabolic disorder degree,the periods of diabets mellitus.
