摘要
目的通过主治医师查房质量考核,调查目前主治医师查房过程中存在的问题,以督促主治医师不断提高查房水平,进而持续改进医疗质量。方法采用评分及专家点评相结合的方法收集资料,运用统计软件进行分析。结果考核医师共113名,全院平均考核分数为94.3。结论主治医师查房质量存在鉴别诊断不全面、带教水平有待进一步抬高、查体规范性不足等问题,需进一步加强主治医师查房技能培训,以提高基础医疗质量,更好地服务于广大患者。
Objective To investigate the problems existing in the procedures of ward round of attending doctors by the quality as- sessment, and improve the quality of ward around as well as improve the quality of medical treatment continuously. Method We col- lected data through the combination of grading the process of the ward round with the commenting by experts, and statistical software was used to analyze the results. Reset 113 doctors took part in the assessment, and the average score of the doctors was 94.3. Con- clusion There were many problems existing in the quality of ward round of attending doctors, such as incompleteness in differential di- agnosis, the limitation of teaching, lack of standardization in the process of physical examination, which all called for further strengthening, the trainin~ of attendin~ doctors to imnrove the basis of medical ,ualitv. and nrovided better service for the. natients_
