摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic gastritis,CAG)伴肠上皮化生或异型增生与胃癌的发生密切相关。而以益气活血清热立法的胃祺饮可使部分CAG伴肠上皮化生或异型增生减轻和消失,从而扭转了胃癌癌前病变难以逆转的观点,使胃癌的药物预防成为可能。就胃祺饮治疗CAG的临床和实验研究工作做一综述,并提出一些研究中存在的问题及改进措施,旨在进一步探讨胃祺饮治疗CAG的机制。
Chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） accompanied by intestinal metaplasia or proliferation is closely related to gastric cancer. While Weiqi Decoction based on tonifying qi, invigorating the circulation of blood and clearing heat can make the intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia mitigate of CAG patients disappear partly. It changes the view that precancerous lesion of gastric cancer is difficult to reverse, and makes it possible for the prophylaxis of gastric cancer. In this paper, we did a review clinical and experimental researches of Weiqi Decoction in the treatment of CAG, and made some suggestion and improvement measurements in order to explore the mechanisms of Weiqi Decoction in treating CAG.
