高校的学生资助工作应该在把握资助对象思想素质状态的基础上,抓住良好契机,发挥出培育人才的重要功能,实现学生的全面发展和人人成长成才。
Based on understanding the ideological quality of aid target,the student aid of colleges and universities should seize the good opportunity, give play to the important function of cultivating talent,realize the integrated development of students, and promote everyone becoming a useful person.
