摘要
目的:观察针灸齐刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将86例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组(齐刺针法组)和对照组(一般针刺组),每组各43例,对两组患者进行疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和疗效评定。结果:两组均能明显降低VAS积分(均P<0.01),治疗组较对照组降低VAS积分更为明显(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率95.3%,对照组为83.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组治愈的患者所需平均疗程(22.0±2.0)d,明显短于对照组治愈的患者所需平均疗程(28.0±2.0)d(P<0.01)。结论:针灸齐刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有疗效高、取穴少、疗程短等优点。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of triple acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods ： 86 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients were divided into treatment group （ triple acupuncture group ） and control group （ routine acupuncture group ） with 43 cases in each group.The VAS scores and effects of two groups were evaluated. Results ： Both two groups could reduce VAS scores obviously （ both P〈0.01 ） .The reduce of VAS score in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group （ P〈0.01 ） .The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.3% and that of control group was 83.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Furthermore, the average day of cured patients in treatment group was 22.0 ± 2.0 days, which was obviously shorter than that （ 28.0 ± 2.0 days ） of control group （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusions ： Triple acupuncture has advantages of high effective rate, fewer acupoints and shorter treatment course for treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
