骨水泥强化椎弓根螺钉治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析骨水泥强化椎弓根螺钉内固定伤椎锥体成形术在骨质疏松性椎体骨折的治疗中的价值。方法:2007年10月~2012年05月治疗的骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者共135例。随机分为观察组68例(骨水泥强化椎弓根螺钉内固定伤椎锥体成形术)和对照组67例(经椎弓根钉棒系统固定治疗),比较两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组术后未发生并发症,VAS评分2.7±2.1分,ODI32.4%;对照组VAS评分4.3±2.4分,0D146.3%.并发症发生率为10.4%,两组数据比较,P〈0:05,存在显著性差异。结论:骨水泥强化椎弓根螺钉内固定伤椎锥体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折效果显著,并发症少,是较为安全有效的治疗方案。
