摘要
目的:探讨益肾健脾法治疗老年2型糖尿病合并低T3综合征的临床疗效。方法:将38例糖尿病合并低T3综合征的患者进行随机分为治疗组和对照组,各19例。对照组给予基础治疗,包括饮食指导及运动治疗,积极控制血糖,治疗原发病。治疗组在基础治疗的同时给予益肾健脾散治疗。两组患者分别于治疗前及治疗1个月后记录FT3、FT4、TSH、FBG、PBG及症状改善情况。结果:治疗组显效率73.7%,有效率10.5%,无效率15.8%,有效率84.2%,对照组显效率52.6%,有效率26.3%,无效率21.1%,有效率78.9%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组在倦怠乏力、腰膝酸软、气短懒言、手足畏寒、面色无华、大便频多的症状改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾健脾法可以改善老年2型糖尿病合并低T3综合征患者的临床症状。
Objective：To investigate the curative effect of nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen method treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes complicated with low T3 syndrome. Methods ：38 eases of diabetes complicated with low T3 syndrome patients were randomly di- vided into the treatment group and the control group, each of 19 cases. The control group was given basic treatment, including diet guid- ance and exercise therapy, positive control blood sugar, treatment of the primary disease. Based on foundamental treatment, the treatment group was treated with oral administration power of nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen. FT3, FT4 , TSH, FBG, PBG and improve- ment of symptoms of the two groups were recorded before treatment and one month after treatment. Results ： The improvement of symp- toms such as fatigue weakness, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, shortness of breath and laziness to speak, chills, lusterless complexion, defecate frequency in the treatment group were obviously better than that in control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The method of nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with elderly type 2 diabetes with low T3 syndrome.
