摘要 目的研究中药材构棘根皮化学成分。方法采用硅胶和聚酰胺柱层析分离,现代光谱方法和文献对照表征结构。结果从传统中药材构棘根皮中分离出8个化合物,分别表征为:Isocudraniaxanthone B(1)、Gerontoxanthones H(2)、Cudraflavone A(3)、Artocarpesin(4)、Cycloartocarpesin(5)、染料木素(6)、柚皮素(7)、香橙素(8)。结论化合物1、3、4、7为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the root bark of Cudranis cochinchinensis. Methods The ethane ex- tract was separated by sillical and polyamide column chromatography, the structures were elucidated by spectra date and compared with literature date. Results Eight compounds were isolated from Cudrania cochinchinensis root hark and their structrues were identified as : Isocudraniaxanthone B ( 1 ), Gerontoxanthones H (2), Cudraflavone A ( 3 ), Artocarpesin (4), Cycloartocarpesin ( 5 ), Genistein ( 6 ), Naringenin (7), Aromadendrin ( 8 ). Conclusion Compounds 1,3,4,7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
