摘要
农村教师专业发展是农村师资队伍建设的重点。农村教师专业发展目前面临着农村教师教育观念落后、专业知识和技能缺乏、专业培训不到位及专业发展保障机制的缺失等现实困境。晏阳初的平民教育思想涉及了若干关于农村教员教学、师资训练等促进教师专业发展的思想,为现代农村教师专业发展带来诸多启示。
Rural teachers＇ professional development is the focus of the construction of rural teaching staff. Professional development of teachers in rural areas is currently faced with the following questions： backward educational concept; lack of necessary profes- sional knowledge and skills, professional training and protection mechanisms of professional development. Yan Yangchu＇s ideas of mass education involve teaching and training, which can bring us inspirations for the modem rural teachers＇ professional development.
