摘要 为研究刻槽式药型罩多爆炸成型弹丸(MEFP)的成型过程,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对刻槽式MEFP进行成型过程的数值模拟。对U形槽和V形槽的成型过程进行分析对比,得到弹丸速度与开槽深度关系曲线图。分析结果表明:U形槽的综合效果好于V形槽;开槽深度越大,形成的弹丸速度越大,但对气动外形也有影响,当刻槽深度为药形罩厚度的时形成的弹丸外形比较规则并具有较高的速度。 In order to study the molding process of Mult Explosive Formed Penetrator(MEFP) with grooves.Numerical simulation of molding process for grooved MEEP can be done with ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The diagram for the velocity of bullet with the groove depth can be obtained by making a comparison between the molding process of U-shaped groove and the V-shaped groove.The analysis results show that,the U-shaped groove is better than the V-shaped groove overall;the velocity of bullet is larger with a deeper groove,but aerodynamic shape is affected by the deeper groove as well.The bullet has a regular shape and a high speed when the depth of groove is half of the thickness of drug-shaped cover.
