摘要
目的总结老年人肠梗阻的病因及手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析普外科2010年1月～2013年2月,收治的47例70岁以上老年人肠梗阻手术治疗的临床资料。结果老年人肠梗阻的病因中,肿瘤性肠梗阻发病率最高,其次是肠粘连和肠扭转,47例中绞窄性肠梗阻20例。手术后并发症11例,无死亡病例。结论老年性肠梗阻病因以肿瘤性肠梗阻,肠粘连和肠扭转为常见,高龄不是手术禁忌。做好早期诊断,掌握好手术指证,合理的手术方法是提高疗效的关键。
Objective To summarise our experience of the etiology and oprative treatment for senile patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 47 patients over 70 ages with intestinal obstruction from January 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All the cases hade been confirmed by operative treatment.Results The common etiology of intestinal obstruction in elderly were due to tumor obstruction,intestinal adhesions and volvulus in sequence.In all 47 cases,20 cases suffered from strangulated intestinal obstruction.11 cases had conplications after operations and no case was dead.Conclusion The common factors of senile intestinal obstruction were due to tumor obstruction,adhesions and volvulus.Senility was not the contraindication of operative treatment.So diagnosis early,holding the operative indications and operative treatment properly were the keies to improve the curative effect.
