摘要
目的：观察针刺配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：选取53例腰椎间盘突出症患者，以针刺配合中药熏蒸的方法治疗，10次为1个疗程，每做完1个疗程休息2天，治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评估。结果：治愈37例，占69．8％；好转13例，占24．5％，无效3例，占5．7％；总有效率94．3％。结论：针刺配合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全、有效、操作简便、患者易于接受的方法。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combining herbal fumigation in lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods： 53 patients with LDH were selected to treat with acupunc- ture combining herbal fumigation. A course of treatment was ten days, patients could rest 2 days af- ter one course. They were assessed the efficacy evaluation after 2 course of treatment. Results： 37 cases （69.8%） were cured, 13 cases （24.5%） were improvement, 3 cases （5.7%） were invalid. The to- tal effective rate was 94.3%. Conclusion： It is a good method which was safe, effective, simple oper- ation, and easy to accept to patients in treating LDH by using acupuncture combining herbal fumiga- tion.
