摘要
利用扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪以及自行设计制造的机械能助渗装置和自己开发的渗铜剂 ,研究了机械能助渗铜工艺及其组织结构。将渗铜温度由常规的 1 1 0 0℃降低到 42 0~ 460℃ ,保温时间由 4~ 8h减少到 1~ 2h ,节能效果十分显著。渗铜层由断续 (有时连续 )岛状白亮层、黑色中间层和紧靠基体的白亮层组成。渗层中白色组织为溶解少量铁的铜固溶体 ,黑色组织为屈氏体。
The mechanical energy aided copperizing process is studied by using the equipment and agents which are developed by ourselves,the structure of the copperizing layer also is studied by SEM,energy spectrometer,X-ray diffraction spectrometer etc.The coppering temperature is decreased from 1100℃ to 420~460℃,and heating time also is cut down from 4~8h to 1~2h,so this process can save energy greatly.The coppering layer can be divided into three sublayers.The bright layer is copper solid solution with a small amount of ferrite,the black layer is troostite.
