摘要
高职院校开展专业团队建设,是增强师资水平,提升教师能力,提高教学质量的有效方式之一。主要对团队建设价值定位,团队建设方式方法及在教学改革与创新中的重要作用,进行初步分析。
Higher vocational colleges should optimize teaching staff building and its management under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development. The construction of professional teaching team can effectively promote the overall quality of teaching team. This thesis analyzed the value applied in professional teaching team construction, aiming at illustrating its basic features, main principles, concrete methods and its important role in teaching reform and innovation.
