摘要
为了满足石化企业连续性工作设备或机组在发生故障后对故障原因进行快速定位的要求,将本体先进的知识表示方法引入到成熟的故障树研究中,提出了基于本体的故障树构建方法,并通过对生成的故障树进行定量分析,计算出故障判明效时比,以其从大到小的顺序为依据找到故障诊断最优路径,实现了本体和故障树的优势结合.该方法在知识共享和重用的基础上,实现对故障的快速诊断定位,从而提高了故障诊断效率,减少了企业的生产维护成本.
In order to meet the requirements of locating fault causes of continuous work equipments or units in petrochemical enterprise quickly,an ontology based fault tree construction method was proposed.In the proposed method,the fault tree is generated from domain ontology,and then the ratio of efficiency to time for fault diagnosis is obtained through the quantitative analysis of the fault tree.At last,the optimal fault diagnosis path can be obtained according to the descending order of the ratio of efficiency to time for fault diagnosis.This method combines the advantages of ontology and fault tree,and it realizes rapid fault causes locating based on knowledge sharing and reuse.Application example shows that the efficiency of fault diagnosis can be increased and the costs of enterprise's maintenance can be reduced by using the proposed method.
