摘要
目的评价采用冷循环微波肿瘤消融术治疗肺部恶性肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法在CT引导下将冷循环微波刀经皮穿刺入肺癌瘤体内,以40-80W的功率,12-20min,对16例患者的18个病灶进行治疗。观察患者症状变化。结果16例患者症状有不同改善,完全缓解7例,部分缓解6例,无变化5例,其治疗总体有效率(CR+PR)为72.22%,无严重不良事件发生。结论CT引导下冷循环微波肿瘤消融术是一种高效、准确、安全的新方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of CT Guided psychro-circulation percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy （PMCT） in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods A needle microwave antenna was applied into the tumor percutaneously under CT guidance,the tumors were treated by microwave ablation with 40-80W in 12-20min.Results The clini- cal symptoms were improved in different degree. Complete remission（CR） was achieved in 7 case,partial remission（PR） in 6 cases, and no changes （NC） in 5 cases, CR＋PR was72.22%.No serious complications occurred. Conclusion Psychro-circulation PMCT is an effective, safe, accurate treatment for lung cancer.
