摘要
目的 :为脐带动脉的临床应用从生物力学性质上提供理论依据。方法 :采用胎龄在 2 4~42周引产及自然分娩正常胎儿脐带动脉 40例 ,测定其压力———容积关系 ,并求出其顺应性。结果 :发现脐带动脉的P—V曲线也可用抛物线来拟合。获得了脐带动脉顺应性随胎龄增加而增大 ,但 39周以后又降低的变化规律。结论 :脐带动脉是动脉移植物的良好替代材料 ,在移植时除了考虑脐带动脉与宿主动脉顺应性相匹配外 ,还应注意其顺应性与胎龄的关系 ,最好选用胎龄在 37~
Objective To provide theoretical basis of biomechanical properties for the clinical application of human umbilical cord artery.Methods The compliance of fetal umbilical cord artery were calculated on the basis of measuring pressure—volume relationship of umbilical cord artery from 40 normal embryo being ages from 24 weeks to 42 weeks who are labored artificially or spontaneously.Results It showed that the P—V relationship of umbilical cord artery corresponded to parabolic curve and the compliance increased gradually with the gestational age,but it began to decrease gradually with the age over 39 weeks.Conclusion Human umbilical cord arteries are good substitute materials for arterial grafts.In transplanting 2 factors should be considered:first,the compliance of umbilical cord artery corresponded to that of host artery;second,the relationship between the compliance and gestional age.It is better to select umbilical cord artery,from the fetus being age of 37 weeks to 40 weeks,as transplant.
