摘要
为了适应汽车新产品的需要并保证研发及生产任务的顺利完成,文章介绍了CATIA的参数化建模和对其相应的数学模型进行数控编程的方法,实现了高效的设计过程,达到使用CATIA软件在规定的工期内高效快速的顺利完成汽车焊装设备的研发及生产任务。标准件和标准机构已实现采用知识工程(Knowledge Advisor)参数化建模。该方法可以使设计人员直接通过双击发布的参数修改模型,使模型的尺寸符合当前设计要求,从而实现高效率、高质量的完成设计任务,缩短设计周期。
To meet the request of furlher research development, new model cars market desire and better complete production commission, this paper introduces the parametrizational building model and NC programming for relaled mathematics model, realizes high efficiency and thster designing process, complete BIW jigs' designing and assembly assignment cft^ctively and trouble-freely through CAT1A. Standard units and mechanics designing process has been realized by Knowledge Advisor system. This method makes the model dimension meet designing requirements by parametric modified model, realizes high efficiency and high quality, shortening the designing cycle.
