摘要
将 90例使用静脉留置针的心血管疾病病人随机分成三组 ,分别采用 10ml稀释肝素液、10ml生理盐水、3ml稀释肝素液三种液体封管 ,对堵管和静脉炎的发生率进行对照观察。结果 :堵管率 :10ml稀释肝素液与 10ml生理盐水封管差异有显著意义 (χ2 =4.32 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但 10ml稀释肝素液与 3ml稀释肝素液封管差异无显著意义 (χ2 =2 .31,P >0 .0 5 ) ;静脉炎的发生率 :10ml稀释肝素液封管与 10ml生理盐水封管差异无显著意义 (χ2 =0 16 2 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,10ml稀释肝素液与 3ml稀释肝素液差异有极显著意义 (χ2 =11.42 8,P <0 .0 1)。提示心血管疾病病人静脉留置针封管液选用 10ml稀释肝素液比较理想 ,因其堵管率明显低于 10ml生理盐水封管 ,而静脉炎的发生率显著低于 3ml稀释肝素液。
Objective To expoore and compare the occurrence of phlebitis and the sealing solution. Method 90 cases of heart and blood vessel disease patients with I.V catheter system with “Y'adapter in vein were divided into three groups.10 ml diluted heparin solution,10 ml physilological saline,and 3 ml diluted heparin solution were adapted in these three group respectively.their occurrence rate of phlebibys were compared.Results there is significant difference in the rate of obstruction between 10 ml heparin and 10 ml physilological saline group( P <0.05),but there is no significant difference between 10 ml heparin and 3 ml heparin group ( P <0.05).there is significant difference in phlebitis occurrence between 10 ml heparin and 3 ml heparin group ( P < 0.01 ),there is no significant difference between 10 ml heparin and 10 ml physiological saline group.Conclusion 10 ml diluted heparin solution is ideal for patients of heart and blood vessel disease patients with I.V catheter system with 'Y' adapter in vein,which has lower rate of obstruction and phlebitis.
