摘要
采用植物生长分析法 ,对甘薯徐薯 18的四级脱毒苗进行物质生产性能分析。结果表明 ,脱毒茎尖苗、原原种苗、原种苗、良种苗的 LAI、RGR、NAR及干物质积累均显著优于对照 ,而L AR明显低于对照。证明脱毒甘薯有良好的物质生产性能 。
The dry matter production property of four stage virus free sweet potato cuttings of variety Xushu 18 was analyzed by using growth analysis.The LAI,RGR,NAR and dry matter accumulation of virus free vine tip cuttings,original stock cuttings,stock cuttings and improved varietys cuttings were higher and the LAR was lower as compared to CK.The results showed that virus free sweet potato had better dry matter production property and could be used extensively in sweet potato production.
