静脉应用毒品致脓毒性肺栓塞1例报告

摘要 脓毒性肺栓塞（SPE）是指含有病原体的栓子脱落后栓塞肺动脉导致肺栓塞（或梗死）和局灶性肺脓肿，是肺栓塞中的一种少见类型。1978年，Mac—Millan等曾报道60例SPE患者，47例（78．33％）为静脉应用毒品者。然而随着血管内器件或置管使用的增多，SPE的流行病学特点较前发生变化。近年来静脉应用毒品引起的SPE报道较少。现将1例因静脉应用毒品引起的SPE报道如下。
