摘要
为了筛选对溴虫腈敏感性较低的家蚕品种并给家蚕耐药性机理研究提供素材,选择云南省蚕区的17份家蚕品种资源为供试材料,调查溴虫腈对不同品种家蚕的半致死浓度(LC50)并观察蚕体中毒症状。溴虫腈对供试家蚕的LC50值在品种间存在显著差异(P<0.01),大部分家蚕品种2龄起蚕的LC50值在100~200 mg/L之间,差异最大的是日系品种秋白A和黑蚕淡,二者的LC50值分别为257.955 mg/L和51.287 mg/L,相对毒力指数相差5倍。按照4级毒性分级法,溴虫腈对供试的17个家蚕品种主要呈现中等毒性和低毒性。中毒家蚕表现出吐液、静卧、拒食,死亡后蚕体缩短、软化、翘头尾,呈"S"、"C"扭曲状等症状。
In order to screen and obtain silkworm(Bombyx mori) varieties having low sensitivity to chlorfenapyr and provide primary materials for studying drug tolerance mechanism of silkworm,we used 17 silkworm varieties in Yunnan Province as test materials,investigated the medial lethal concentration(LC50) of silkworm treated with different concentrations of chlorfenapyr,and surveyed the toxicosis symptoms on silkworm body.The survey results showed that there were significant sensitivity differences in the test silkworm varieties/strains to chlorfenapyr(P&lt;0.01).The LC50 values of most silkworm varieties were from 100 mg/L to 200 mg/L.The greatest difference was seen between two varieties of Japanese strain named Qiubai A and Heicandan.Their LC50 value was 257.96 mg/L and 51.29 mg/L,respectively,and their index of relative toxicity was 5 times different.According to the 4 level toxicity grading criteria,chlorfenapyr presented moderate toxicity and low toxicity to the 17 test silkworm varieties.Silkworm body toxicosis symptoms included vomiting,repose,and no eating.After death,the body shrank and softened with raised head or tail to assume "S","C" or other shape.
