摘要
选取农村建设用地复垦效益评价指标,运用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,构建了农村建设用地复垦效益评价指标体系,再运用模糊分析法对农村建设用地复垦效益进行综合评价。对重庆市万州区铁峰乡农村建设用地复垦项目进行实例分析,结果表明,该评价指标体系具有一定的科学性、合理性,采用的评价方法是确实可行的,可为该区域开展农村建设用地复垦相关工作提供参考。
Selecting rural construction land reclamation benefit evaluation indicators,AHP method was adopted to determine the evaluation index weight,the evaluation index system was constructed.Then,the fuzzy analysis method was used to conduct comprehensive evaluation for rural construction land reclamation benefit.With case study on Tiefeng Township,Wanzhou District,Chongqing rural construction land reclamation project,the results showed that the evaluation index system is scientific and reasonable,the evaluation method is feasible,which will provide beneficial reference for relevant work of rural constriction land reclamation.
