摘要
通过调查南通多家企业,对新兴产业领军企业的发展现状和需求作了深入的了解;依据企业成长理论,考虑到新兴产业领军企业的特殊性,分析其成长发展的内部资源和因素;进而从领军人才培养、企业家培育、创新团队建设、组织结构创新、考核与激励机制、企业文化培育等方面探析新兴产业领军企业培育发展的内驱力形成机制。
Through the investigations into companies in Nantong,this article analyzes the internal resources of leading enterprises in emerging industry when they are growing.Based on this,this article points out interior power mechanism of leading enterprises in emerging industry cultivation and development based on the enterprise growth theory,the enterprise’s particularity.The article analyzes the internal resources and factors from the personnel training,nurture of entrepreneurs,building innovation team,organizational structure innovation,inspection and interior power mechanism.
