摘要
建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法测定牙膏中16种磺胺类(磺胺间二甲氧嘧啶、磺胺-6-甲氧嘧啶、磺胺苯吡唑、磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺甲氧哒嗪、磺胺对甲氧嘧啶、磺胺吡啶、磺胺邻二甲氧嘧啶、磺胺甲基嘧啶、磺胺噻唑、磺胺甲基异噁唑、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺氯哒嗪、磺胺二甲异噁唑、磺胺甲噻二唑、磺胺醋酰)药物残留,试样经超声提取,Agilent poroshell 120SB-C18色谱柱(3.0mm×100mm×2.7μm)分离后,进行HPLC-MS/MS多反应监测模式下的定性及定量分析。16种磺胺类药物的方法检出限为2.0mg/kg,在低、中、高3个添加水平范围内的平均回收率为81.2%~104.7%,相对标准偏差均小于9.1%。该方法简便、灵敏度高、重现性好、定性定量准确,适用于牙膏中磺胺类药物残留的测定。
Kinds of 16 sulfonamides (sulfadimethoxine, sulfamonomethoxine, sulfa- phenazole, sulfamethazine, sulfamethoxypyridazine, sulfameter, sulfapyridine, sul{adoxin, sulfamerazine, sulfathiazole, sulfamethoxazole, sulfadiazine, sulfachloropyridazine, sul- fisoxazole, sulfamethizole, sulfacetamide ) in tooth paste were determined by liquid chro- matography tandem mass spectrometry. The sample were extracted under ultrasonication. Qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by mass spectrometry under the MRM mode after the chromatographic separation on Agilent poroshell 120 SB-C18 (3.0 mm× 100 mm× 2.7 μm)column. The limits of detection for the 16 sulfonamides are 2.0 mg/kg. The mean recoveries at the three spiked levels are 81.2%--104.7%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 9.1%. This method is simplify, sensitive and accurate, which is suit- able for investigation of sulfonamides residues in tooth paste.
