摘要
目的了解已婚育龄妇女紧急避孕方法知晓情况及其影响因素,为开展优质节育避孕服务,减少人工流产提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取佛山西樵镇已婚育龄女性进行匿名问卷调查,了解己婚育龄妇女对紧急避孕方法的知晓率及其影响因素。结果已婚育龄妇女紧急避孕法的知晓率为54.1%。Logistic回归多因素分析结果显示,年龄、学历、产次和家庭月收入是知晓紧急避孕方法的影响因素,其OR值分别为0.313,2.149,2.239和1.767/2.123。结论佛山西樵镇已婚育龄妇女紧急避孕方法知晓率较低,相关部门应加强对妇女,特别是高年龄、文化程度和家庭月收入较低、未生育的已婚育龄妇女紧急避孕方法的宣教与指导。
Objective To understand the knowledge status and influencing factors in the emergency contraceptive method of the married child-bearing age women.Methods A stratified cluster sampling survey and anonymous questionnaire was applied to extract married women of childbearing age in the town of Foshan Xiqiao.Results The awareness rate of emergency contraception among married women was 54.1%.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors included age,education,parity and family monthly income.And the OR were 0.313,2.149,2.239 and 1.767/2.123,respectively.Conclusion The awareness rate of emergency contraception among married women was low.The relevant departments should take measures to help the women,especially those who are older,or lower education level and lower monthly family income,or childless.
