阿司匹林双嘧达莫两药联用的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 1阿司匹林双嘧达莫两药联用在预防和治疗脑中风方面的有关研究 中风是致残的主要原因之一。约有1/3的缺血性脑卒中有过其他中风或短暂性脑缺血发作（tran-sient ischemic attack,TIA）,TIA幸存者有血管事件高发危险（即脑血管的和心血管的）。预防周期性中风和其他主要的血管事件的任务就是要控制其危险因素。抗血小板药物的使用仍是有非心源性栓子疾病病人预防再发中风的策略中基本原则组成。
