摘要
依据接近开关传感器的特点,以STC12C5410AD单片机为控制核心,设计了洗手间自动冲水系统.在硬件方面,主要对单片机与电磁阀的连接电路进行设计;在软件方面,通过编写单片机程序,让单片机不断地检测接近开关传感器的输出信号,并借助于传感器输出信号的电平高低来控制电磁阀是否动作.实验表明,所设计的洗手间自动冲水系统,只需对单片机的程序做修改就可以满足不同场所自动冲水系统的要求,性能稳定,维修方便.
According to the characteristic of proximity switch sensor, the automatic flushing toilet system is designed with STC12C5410AD single-chip microcomputer as the controlling core of system. In terms of hardware, the connecting circuit between single-chip microcomputer and solenoid valve is designed; In terms of software, the program of sin- gle-chip microcomputer is written including continually testing output signal of the proximity switch sensor and controlling motion of solenoid valve. The experiment demonstrates that the designed system can satisfy requirement of automatic flushing toilet system in different places if the program of single-chip microcomputer is modified. The system is of stable performance and easier to maintain.
