摘要
目的 :研究板蓝根水煎液在实验性小鼠体内是否具有遗传毒性。方法 :应用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形实验 ,观察板蓝根水煎液在小鼠体内能否诱发体细胞和雄性生殖细胞遗传物质的损伤。结果 :板蓝根水煎液能明显诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核和小鼠精子畸形 ,具有致突变作用。结论 :板蓝根水煎液作为一种临床常用的清热解毒和治疗肿瘤的中草药 ,在剂量较大时 ,具有致突变性 ,临床使用上应注意。
Objective:To investigate the genetic toxicity of Water boiled Juice of Isatic Tinctoria L. (IT) in mice. Methods:Micronuclei (MN) test and sperm abnormolity (SA) test were applied to determine whether IT can cause demage to genetic substances from body cells and male reproductive cells of mice.Results:It was shown that IT could cause MN and SA in mice. Conclusion:IT is a potential mutagen. It has genetic toxicity to both body and reproductive cells of mice. It should be used carefully in clinical practice.
