基于循证医学指导下的骨关节炎治疗建议 被引量：11

摘要 骨关节炎（osteoarthritis，简称OA），又名退化性关节炎，是中老年人最常见的疾病之一。髋、膝关节是最常见的累及部位，是成年人慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛、功能障碍及丧失劳动力最主要原因。流行病学调查显示，美国60岁以上人群中，有症状的膝关节OA的患病率在男性为10％，女性为13％。我国学者的流行病学调查结果也显示OA在中老年人中具有较高的发病率，北京地区老年女性有症状的OA患病率甚至高于国外，达到15．4％。
