摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗21例胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:对我院在2007年5月～2012年5月收治的21例胫骨平台骨折患者作为治疗组给予中西医结合方法进行治疗,把同时期的21例胫骨平台骨折患者作为对照组给予西医手术治疗,对两组治疗方法的临床疗效进行对比观察。结果:治疗组临床治疗效果的优良率为90.5%,对照组临床治疗效果的优良率为76.2%,两组治疗方法在临床疗效上存在的差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后都没有出现严重的并发症。结论:中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折取得的临床疗效显著,值得在临床上广泛使用和推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine in treating 21 cases of tibial plateau fractures. Methods： In the hospital, 21 patients who were treated from May 2007 to May 2012 as a treated group, given integrative medicine, the same period, 21 patients as a control group, given modern surgical treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and observed. Results： The clinical excellent rate of the treated group was 90.5%, was 76.2% of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups there were differences, with statistical significance （P0.05）; after treatment did not appear serious complications. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine was significant in treating tibial plateau fractures, worthy of using and promotion.
