摘要
介绍了铝碱化剂及其作用.铝碱化剂能提高活性铝矾土的酸溶—水解特性值,如反应液的pH值从2.5提高到≥4.0,碱化度从50%提高到≥80%,主体碱式铝(以Al2O3%计)含量从6%提高到≥10%.也能提高铝酸钙粉的酸溶—水解特性值,如反应液的pH值从2.8提高到≥4.0,碱化度从55%提高到≥80%,主体碱式铝(以Al2O3%计)含量从6%提高到≥10%.
This paper introduces aluminum basifier and its function. Aluminum basifier can improve acidlys- is-hydrolytic characteristic value of active alumina. For example, pH value of reaction liquid increases from 2.5 to more than 4.0;basicity increases from 50% to more than 80% ;content of ma- in basic alumim'um increases from 6% to more than 10% .It also can improve the acidlysis-hydrolytic char- acteristic value of calcium aluminate powder. For example, pH value of reaction liquid increases from 2.8 to more than 4.0;basicity increases from 55% to more than 80% ;content of main basic aluminium increases from 6% to more than 10%.
