供锌水平对水稻精米铜、铁、锰和氨基酸积累的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过3个不同水稻品种、5个供锌水平处理的水培试验,研究供锌水平对水稻精米铜、铁、锰和氨基酸积累的影响。结果表明:不同供锌水平、供试品种对微量元素铁、锰、铜的积累存在显著差异,铁的积累量最大,锰次之,铜的量最小;不同的供锌水平相比较,不供锌条件下,3个品种对铜的积累十分明显,8.0μmol/L的供锌水平下,3个供试品种对铁、锰、铜的积累量最高,32.0μmol/L则下降明显;除26715品种对铜的积累量最高外,不同品种,在各个供锌水平下,对铁、锰的积累为:碧玉早糯﹥26715﹥浙农921。氨基酸的含量与锌水平呈较好的正相关,不同品种的同一供锌水平氨基酸含量是:碧玉早糯和26715远高于浙农921;表明锌处理显著提高水稻精米中氨基酸含量。 Three genotypes of rice plants were treated with five Zn levels in solution culture to study the effect of Zn supply on accumulation of Cu, Fe, Mn and amino acids in polished rice. The results showed that under different Zn levels, the accumulation of Fe, Mn and Cu in three rice varieties existed significant differ- ences. The accumulation of Fe was the largest, Mn was the secondary, and Cu was the lowest. Under the con- dition of no Zn supplement, the Cu accumulation in three varieties was very obvious ; the accumulation of Fe, Mn and Cu was the highest under 8.0 μmol/L Zn supplement, but they decreased obviously at 32.0 μmol/L Zn level. The cultivar 26715 had the highest Cu accumulation, and the accumulation of Fe and Mn in different rice varieties showed Biyuzaonuo 〉 26715 〉 Zhenong 921. The content of amino acids and Zn levels showed preferable positive correlation. Under the same Zn level, the content of amino acids in Biyuzaonuo and 26715 were far higher than that in Zhenong 921. Zn treatment could significantly increase the content of amino acids in polished rice.
