摘要
高校共青团和各级学生组织是高校学生工作的重要力量,在学生的自我管理、自我服务、自我教育方面发挥着重要作用。团队凝聚力的大小,对团队目标任务的完成具有十分重要的控制作用。团学组织的团队凝聚力不仅是维持团学组织存在的必要条件,而且对团学组织在团结教育和引导广大团员青年的潜能的发挥方面有很重要的作用。促进团学组织的团队凝聚力建设,对于提升团学组织的工作效率,锻炼学生干部的工作能力有着重要的积极意义。笔者在团学组织管理一线工作多年,经过总结思考,通过此文对团学组织的团队凝聚力建设进行了一些探索。
Colleges＇ communist youth leagues and student organizations at all levels arc the importent forces of colleges＇ student work and play an important role in students＇ self-management, self-service and self-education. Team cohesiveness plays a very important controlling role for accomplishing teams＇ aims and tasks. League and student organizations＇ team cohesiveness is not only a requirement of sustaining these organizations, but also has an important role in uniting education and guiding the majority of league members to give play to their potentials. Therefore, promoting the construction of league and student organizations＇ team cohesiveness is of great positive significances for improving the working efficiency and training student cadres＇ working ability. Combining several years of working experience in managing the flontline league and student organizations and summaries and reflection, the author made some explorations on the construction of the team cohesiveness of league and student organizations.
