摘要
目的观察NDRG1在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达情况,探讨其在SCC发生、发展中的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色和原位杂交技术检测NDRG1在30例SCC和10例正常皮肤中的表达。结果 NDRG1蛋白及NDRG1mRNA在SCC中呈强阳性或阳性表达,在正常皮肤中呈弱阳性或阴性表达。两者在SCC中的表达均明显高于正常皮肤,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 NDRG l基因的高表达可能在SCC的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of NDRG1 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and further investigate the role of NDRG1 in the development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of NDRG1 mRNA and protein in 30 cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas and 10 normal skin were detected by in situ hybridization and SP immunohistochemieal technique, respectively. Results The positive expressions of NDRG1 mRNA and protein were shown in squa- mous cell carcinoma and negative expressions were detected in normal skin. The NDRG1 expression levels in squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal skin （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The higher expression of NDRG1 might play an important role in the development of cu- taneous squamous cell carcinoma.
