摘要
本文分析了影响运动负荷安排的因素,并根据运动训练的不同阶段和时期分类,从宏观、时间和微光三个方面探讨了运动训练中运动负荷的安排,提出了运动训练中运动负荷的发展方向。
This paper analyzes the factors influencing training load arrangement. Based on different phase and clas- sification of exercise training, training load arrangement is discussed from the aspect of macro, micro and time, de- velopment direction of training load in exercise training is put forward.
