摘要
目的探讨正清风痛宁肠溶片联合双氯芬酸钠治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法选择60例患者,随机分为两组,观察组使用正清风痛宁肠溶片联合双氯芬酸钠治疗,对照组单纯使用双氯芬酸钠治疗,比较两组患者治疗后患肢握力和晨僵时间,并对两组治疗后生化检查结果:血沉、C-反应蛋白和类风湿因子的变化情况。结果治疗后观察组患肢握力显著大于对照组(P<0.05),且晨僵时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组血沉快于对照组(P<0.05),C-反应蛋白水平和类风湿因子滴度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正清风痛宁肠溶片联合双氯芬酸钠肠溶片治疗类风湿性关节炎能显著降低疾病活动性,缓解临床症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning enteric-coated tablets combined with diclofenac sodium for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group（30cases）were used Zhengqing Fengtongning enteric-coated tablets combined with diclofenac sodium,and the control group（3Ocases）were only used diclofenac sodium,then the affected limb grip strength and duration of morning stiffness and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C- reactive protein and rheumatoid factors variation after treatment. Results After treatment the observation group suffered limb grip strength was greater than control group （P 〈 O.05）,morning stiffness time was shorter than control group（P 〈 O.05）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate was faster than control group（P 〈 O.05）,C-reactive protein level and rheumatoid factor titer were lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning enteric-coated tablets combined with diclofenac sodium for rheumatoid arthritis can significantly reduce the activity of the disease and remiss the clinical symptoms,so it is worthy of clinical application.
