摘要
根据化学结构可将毒菌毒素分为8大类,常用的毒菌毒素测定方法有高效液相色谱、免疫荧光法、核磁共振等。毒菌毒素用于解决生态环境中"3R"问题被认为是一种高效率且前景非常广阔的方法,对其活性机制的研究已逐渐成为国内外研究的热点,文章从毒菌毒素的性质、活性机制、结构特点以及其应用于生物防治等方面进行阐述,为开发毒菌的毒素资源及应用于生物防治领域提供参考。
Toadstool toxin can be divided into 8 categories according to the chemical structure,the common methods of toadstool toxins examination are HPLC,IFA,NMR and so on.Using toadstool toxins to solve the '3R' key in the ecological environment aspects is considered to be a kind of high efficiency and broad prospects method,the research for active mechanism of toadstool toxins has became a hot point in the field of medical at home and abroad gratually.This article describes the physical and chemical properties,mechanism of action,structural features of the toadstool toxins and its application in biological control,it provide a reference for the exploitation of toadstool toxins resources and the application of biological control areas.
