摘要
通过调查研究,认为在高校人事管理队伍建设中进行人本管理是比较有效的,能充分调动人事管理干部的主动性、积极性、创造性,使高校的人事管理队伍更好地发挥作用。文章主要从三方面展开论述:尊重是实施"人本"管理的前提;激励是实施"人本"管理的重要手段;能力是实施"人本"管理的保障。
Through investigation and research, the author considers that implementing humanistic management is effective in personnel management construction in Colleges and universities. It can fully mobilize the cadres of personnel management initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, and make the university personnel management team more elite. This article mainly launches from three aspects: respect is the premise of the implementing "humanism" management; encouragement is the important method of the implementing of "humanism" management; ability is the security of the implementing of "humanism" management.
