摘要
采用卧式螺旋卸料离心机对灌注桩泥浆进行现场分离试验,并通过多晶X射线衍射进行成分分析。并通过改变分离因数、差转速以及进料流量等参数,研究了这些操作参数对分离效果的影响,并根据实验结果得出合适的操作参数及最佳操作工况。研究表明卧螺离心机能较好地用于灌注桩泥浆的分离。
A field separation test on pile mud was studied by using decanter centrifuge, and the component was analyzed by polycrystalline X-ray diffraction. By changing the parameters such as separation factor, rotational speed rates and feed flow, the effects of these operating parameters on separation effect were studied. According to the experimental results, the proper operating parameters and optimum operation conditions were obtained. The experimental study shows that the decanter centrifuge could be well used in pile mud separation.
