摘要
采用基质固相分散预处理方法对薯片中的邻苯二甲酸二己酯进行萃取,最终样品采用甲醇定容,建立了高效液相色谱法对其进行含量测定,并对预处理条件进行优化.方法标准曲线方程为y=424.97x+98.417,线性相关系数为0.999 6,该方法精密度(RSD)为1.235%,加标回收率为77.64"82.34%。实验结果表明采用高效液相色谱法对薯片中邻苯二甲酸二己酯的残留进行分析,具有简单、快速的优点.
The aim was to provide references for the scientific determination of DEHP in potato chips. [Method] Extracting the DEHP in potato chips by using N-hexane,drying with nitrogen and fixing volume with methanol. The study employed HPLC method to determine the DEHP, and then the determi- nation conditions were optimized. [results] The standard curve equation was y = 424.97x+98. 417 ,the Linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9996, the precision RSD was 1. 235% and recovery rate was77.64~ 82.34%. [conclusion] The method to determine DEHP in potato chips by HPLC was constructed, which was simple and fast and the results were very satisfying.
