摘要 目的:了解伤口分泌物主要病原菌的分布及药物耐药性以指导临床用药。方法:取1 024例伤口分泌物,进行细菌培养和药物敏感试验。结果:分离出病原菌523株,其中革兰氏阴性杆菌357株,占68.26%;革兰氏阳性球菌146株,占27.92%;真菌20株,占3.82%。大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为伤口分泌物优势菌,革兰氏阴性杆菌对亚胺培南、美洛培南耐药率较低,耐苯唑西林葡萄球菌检出率为63.77%以上,革兰氏阳性葡萄球菌未出现耐万古霉素菌株。结论:不同病原菌对药物的耐药性不同,对伤口分泌物进行培养及药物敏感试验可指导临床用药。 Objective: To learn about the main distribution of the pathogenic bacteria of the wound secretion and drug resistance to provide basis for proper clinical drug application. Methods: 1 024 samples of secretion in the wound were taken to have germiculture and drug sensitive test. Results: Of the 523 separated pathogenic bacteria, there are 357 gram-negative bacilli (68.26%), 146 grampositive bacteria (27.92%), 20 fungus (3.82%). Escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, acinetobacter baumannii and staphylococcus aureus were advantages bacteria of wound secretion; gram negative bacilli has lower resistance rate to imipenem and meropenem trihydrete. The detection rate of methicillin resistant staphylococcus was over 63.77 %. And gram-positive bacteria was not sensitive to vancomycin. Conclusion: Different pathogenic bacteria's drug-resistance are different. It is important to the cultivation and drug sensitive test of wound secretion and clinic drug application.
