摘要
创业技能是一个复杂的、多维度的概念,设计传递和提升创业技能的创业教育正面临着许多挑战。本文在文献回顾和专家访谈的基础上,提出了大学生创业技能的二维结构框架,即功能性技能和行为性技能,在此基础上,通过对美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学工程创业辅修项目的深度案例分析,提出了提升大学生创业技能的创业教育关键策略。
Nowadays, enhancing university students" entrepreneurial skills through entrepreneurship education is facing many challenges. Based on literature review and expert interviews, this paper proposes a two-dimensional structural framework of university students' entrepreneurial skills, which is including functional skills and behavioral skills. Then, the paper analyzes the case of the Pennsylvania State University's Engineering Entrepreneurship (E-SHIP) program, and proposes the key strate- gies to enhance the university students' entrepreneurial skills through entrepreneurship education.
