摘要
根据阜新地区历史洪水发生和发展演变规律及相关影响因子分析,采用水文中长期预测的理论和方法,对阜新地区2013年6～9月汛期水情趋势进行了分析预测,提出了基本结论和建议。
According to the analysis of the development evolution and influence factor of historical flood occurred in Fuxin area, using the theory and method of middle and long term hydrological forecast, 2013 flood season （June to September） hydrological trends were analyzed and predicted in Fuxin, putting forward the basic conclusions and suggestions.
