摘要
目的建立宁泌泰胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil TM C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);流动相为乙腈-0.04mol·mL-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(24∶76);检测波长265nm;柱温35℃;流速为1.0min·mL-1。结果盐酸小檗碱选定浓度0.00525～0.0525mg·mL-1内线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=39876.5X+18.5388,r=0.9965,回收率为99.31%(RSD=1.67%)。结论本法方便、快速、准确,可用于宁泌泰胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of Berberine hydrochloride in Ninbitai Capsules.METHODS Diamonsil TM C18（5μm,250mm×4.6mm） was used and the mobile phase was CH3CN-0.04 mol·mL-1KH2PO4（24∶ 76）.The wavelength of detector was 265nm,the column temperature was 35℃ and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linearity in the range of 0.00525-0.0525mg·mL-1,and the regression equation was Y=39876.5X＋18.5388,r=0.9965with the recovery was 99.31%（RSD=1.67%）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Ninbitai Capsules.
