摘要
青年教师是高校教学力量中的新鲜血液,是教师队伍的骨干,是学校发展的希望。目前,绝大多数高校青年教师都面临着巨大的工作、生活压力,直接或间接影响着青年教师的职业满意度与生活满意感,其生存状态令人堪忧。高校必须重视并尽快改善青年教师的生存状态,为青年教师创造良好的生存环境,促进青年教师快速成长,从而更好地发挥其在高校教育事业发展中的主力军作用。
Young teachers are the new blood and the backbones among the teaching staff in colleges and universities, and they bear the hope of the development of the colleges and universities. However,their living condition is worrying,for the majority of them are facing great pressure both from work and life,which affects their satisfaction towards life and job directly or indirectly. Therefore,the university and college authorities must attach importance to and improve as quickly as possible their living condition, create better living environment for them and promote their rapid growth so that they can play the role of the main forces in the development of education in colleges and universities.
