摘要
拓展训练与心理健康课程教学整合的教学方法,是充分利用教育资源,借助拓展训练先进的培训理念和培训方法,对传统心理健康教育的教学方式进行改革和整合,以实现心理素质和社会适应能力两个方面的提高,打造具有特色的心理健康教育精品课程。
To expand the teaching methods of the integration of training and teaching of psychological health course is to make full use of educational resources, the expansion of training advanced training method and project, the traditional mental health education teaching mode of reform and integration to achieve psychological and social adaptation of two aspects to improve and create distinctive psychological health education course.
