常规超声结合弹性成像在甲状腺结节鉴别诊断中的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨常规超声结合弹性成像在甲状腺结节鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法收集我院2012年10月至2013年2月因甲状腺结节手术的患者62例,共85个结节,术前均行常规超声及弹性成像检查,术后经病理证实。分别判断常规超声、弹性成像及二者结合三种诊断方法对甲状腺结节鉴别诊断的准确性、敏感性及特异性。结果常规超声对甲状腺结节诊断的准确性为74.1%、敏感性为82.6%、特异性为71.0%;弹性成像对甲状腺结节诊断的准确性为81.2%、敏感性为87.0%、特异性为79.0%;常规超声结合弹性成像对甲状腺结节诊断的准确性为89.4%、敏感性为95.6%、特异性为87.1%,且与前二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规超声结合弹性成像的联合诊断方法较单一诊断方法的准确性、敏感性、特异性均有所提高,可为临床诊疗提供重要信息。
