摘要
在对大学文化内涵进行初步探讨的基础上,论述了时隐时显、动静结合的文化结构层次,并对当前先进大学文化的建设进行了探讨。提出文化视角下的大学文化建设是一项系统工程,必须坚持在传承中创新,要以精神文化为核心,提炼和培育大学精神;以制度文化为保障,构建和规范大学秩序;以行为文化为基础,展示和提升大学品位;以物质文化为依托,树立和塑造大学形象。
